​The Marion Chamber of Commerce is proud to introduce two new honors to be presented at our Annual Meeting on October 22, 2025. These awards recognize the outstanding businesses and emerging leaders who are shaping the future of Marion. Through innovation, growth, and community impact, our members make Marion a stronger place to live, work, and thrive. Help us celebrate their contributions by nominating a deserving business or individual today.

​Business Excellence Award
The Business Excellence Award recognizes a member business that demonstrates measurable growth, innovation, and a commitment to community impact.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a current Marion Chamber member in good standing
  • Demonstrates measurable business growth, innovation, or adaptability
  • Makes a significant contribution to the local economy (ie., job creation, investment)
  • Actively engaged in the Marion community through philanthropy, volunteerism, or civic involvement
  • Exemplifies leadership, ethical practices, and positive workplace culture

    Provide one example or testimonial that illustrates the business's positive impact.
Emerging Leader Award
Honoring a rising professional who shows exceptional leadership, community involvement, and potential to shape Marion's future.
Qualifications:
  • Individual under 40
  • Shows exceptional leadership qualities within their organization or community
  • Actively participates in Chamber or community activities
  • Demonstrates innovation, forward-thinking, and a collaborative spirit
  • Recognized by peers for integrity, enthusiasm, and commitment to growth
  • Nominee must be employed by a business that is a current Marion Chamber member in good standing
