Vendor Information

Event Schedule for Vendors
Friday, February 20

Vendor Setup: 4:00–5:00 p.m.
Business-to-Business Reception: 5:00–7:00 p.m.
Connect with fellow businesses during an evening networking reception prior to the public expo.

Saturday, February 21

Public Expo Hours: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Engage directly with community members, customers, and potential clients.

Booth Details & Pricing

Chamber Members: $250 per booth
Early Bird Member Pricing: $200 (available through January 14)
Non-Members: $500 per booth beginning January 15, if space allows

Each Booth Includes:

Registration includes 1 6ft table
booth size approximately 8ft x 10ft.
Vendors should plan to bring all other supplies for set up.
