Christmas In the Park & Peppermint Walk

Family Fun in Marion with Christmas in the Park and Peppermint Walk! Join us for this annual celebration the first Friday in December in City Square Park and Uptown Marion. We will welcome Santa and Mrs. Claus escorted by the Marion Fire Department and Police Department.
Marion will shine bright this holiday season with the lighting of the community peace tree at 6 p.m. Visit Santa and Mrs. Claus and enjoy music from area choirs. Enjoy traditional event activities including popcorn from El Kahir Shrine and hot cocoa while supplies last. Bring a new, warm-weather item to place inside and help Keep Your Neighbors Warm. Visit participating Uptown Marion merchants for the Peppermint Walk. Stores will be decked with holiday lights, decorations and music making this a great compliment to the Park activities. |
