This year's theme, Ideas In Motion, celebrates the people, ideas and forward-thinking leadership that keep Marion's business community moving, while challenging each of us to turn possibility into progress.
The afternoon will feature comments from past board chair Jared Kast and current board chair Travis Eagle, the presentation of the Business Excellence and Emerging Leader awards, and exciting announcements about upcoming initiatives.

Keynote - What's the Value of One Good Idea?
One good idea can change the trajectory of a career, a team or an entire organization — but only if people are empowered to act on it. In this high-energy, interactive keynote, Dean Houdeshell will challenge attendees to think differently about creativity, leadership and problem-solving at every level of the workplace.

Drawing on 30 years of engineering and manufacturing leadership — along with an unexpected career as a professional balloon artist — Dean will explore how organizations can uncover the ideas already sitting within their teams, develop stronger decision-makers and build a culture where leadership doesn’t require a title. He’ll also examine why critical thinking and human creativity are becoming even more valuable as AI continues to transform the way we work.
