Marion leadership in action
This Professional Development and Engagement series was built to create a bench of strong leaders for Marion's future. It's a tool is designed for community and business members who want to strengthen their leadership skills and put them to use in the community.
The program consists of the 10 half-day sessions from September - May and will include leadership assessments, one-on-one meetings with local government officials, curriculum-based training, hands-on developmental experiences, networking and volunteering. Sessions cover everything from history and culture to economic and community development.
