Welcome to Marion Oktoberfest!
Oktoberfest offers breweries the opportunity to showcase a wide variety of styles to an audience that is genuinely interested in craft beer. Attendees come ready to sample, learn, and connect, and brewery representatives play a key role in that experience, sharing their knowledge, telling their story, and building brand awareness with a highly engaged crowd.

Insurance
Breweries are requested to submit a valid certificate of liability insurance. Breweries must maintain a minimum of $1M per occurrence/$2M aggregate policy. Marion Chamber of Commerce should be listed as the Certificate Holder: Marion Chamber of Commerce, 1070 7th Avenue, Marion, IA 52302. |

Brewers will be provided with:
Stipend
Breweries will receive a $150 stipend for participation payable the day of the event. |
Set-up
Set-up time will begin at 9:00 am on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Brewers will be able to drive into the vendor area to drop supplies then will need to relocate vehicles. Brewers are responsible for own set-up including equipment and tent. One 6ft table will be provided. Tear down will need to be complete by 4:00 pm.

Brewers have the opportunity to win a People's Choice award as voted by attendees. And don't forget your lederhosen or dirndl, awards for the Most Festive Booth determined by Oktoberfest volunteers. Attendees will also enjoy food, music, and traditional Oktoberfest games like stein holding and hammerschlagen. |
